Although the United States was not chosen as the host nation, American rugby fans still have a reason to cheer– rugby sevens joins the Olympics. This is great news out of Copenhagen, and it is big step forward for our sport.
Rugby was last in the Olympics in 1924, albeit that was fifteens and not sevens.
